8 January 2008 – Last night the Footprints Team got to play at being fashion models! Anissa, Nicola, Melanie, Vivian, Jenny and I put on our glad rags, and the lounge room of Camilleri Cottage was transformed into a makeshift photographic studio, complete with backdrop, loud music, lights, film crew (photographer, assistant, my daughter taking video) and excited onlookers (my husband and son, assorted neighbourhood children, the cat…!).

So what was the special occasion? It was the photo shoot for our 10 th anniversary edition magazine cover! Afterwards the girls and I continued the celebrations at a local restaurant – it “just happened” to be my 41 st birthday as well as the photo shoot for Footprints Issue #41. How's that for coincidence?!

Getting all ten members of the Footprints Team together at one time proved to be impossible, what with Joanne living in the USA , Kathie in Melbourne , and Pauline currently in New Zealand . It was also a challenge to include our photographer Victoria as she was the one taking the picture; and we excused Sonia as well, seeing as she is currently 8 months pregnant and not up to long car trips!  But these Team Members won't be left out, as we are planning to include a head and shoulders portrait of each one in our special birthday issue.
